Adam MATIC is joining the Multisense and Body team in a post doc position !
A brief introduction:
Adam is starting his postdoctoral research with Dr. Marie Chancel in the Multisense and Body team. He will be working on the MULTISELF project, studying the complex relationships between multiple sensory modalities that are integrated into the perception of self and body ownership. They will use sensory illusions, psychophysics tasks, fMRI and virtual reality.
Adam have studied psychology in Zadar, Croatia. He did his PhD in Alicante, Spain, with the topic of Invariances and controlled variables in arm movement, where he did experiments with human participants drawing and scribbling, he made computational and robotic models of arm movement. After his PhD, he have worked in a Drosophila lab with Dr. Maria Dominguez on a project of using AI to categorize developmental stages of the fly from video recordings.
