What is it about ?
Ever wondered how postures, movements, expressions, laughter, gestures, voice and language all come together to shape our social interactions?
What connects the whale songs to those of the gibbons? Does infant babbling have any connections to everyday social interactions in adulthood?
They all reveal the world of multimodality, manifest in diverse interactions across species and age groups.
Following the excitement and insights from our first workshop in Marseille last April, we're delighted to announce Multimodality in Social Interactions 2.0!
Over two days, with world renowned experts and upcoming stars of the field, we'll delve into the theoretical and methodological challenges of studying communication and social interactions across species and contexts.
