Anne-Laure POUZOULET is joining the Readapt2C team as a PhD student!

Anne-Laure is starting her doctoral research within the Readapt2C team under the supervision of Dr. Liliane Borel, and co-supervised by Pr. Florent Lebon from the Inter-University Laboratory of Human Movement Biology (LIBM), Lyon 1 University (Villeurbanne, France).
She investigates the interactions between motor imagery, movement perception, and body awareness. Her research will also examine how training focused attention on bodily sensations affects motor imagery. Finally, she will explore their role in balance and cognitive functions, particularly in older adults in the context of fall prevention.

Anne-Laure holds a Master’s degree in Psychomotor Therapy. During her Master’s project, under the supervision of Dr. Liliane Borel, she participated in the development of a questionnaire to assess bodily sensations.
